The full course is spread over 4 days, and is ideally suited to those requiring a detailed understanding of how to implement lean in their organisation.

The taster course provides an overview of the full programme in one day, making this route an ideal and cost-effective programme if you are managing a lean programme and require an overview of the whole programme. Or practitioners can gain an overall appreciation of the programme and then simply focus their attention on the module most relevant to their role with a better understanding of how it fits into the business.
